Terms of Service

By using catchuckle.com you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Cat Chuckle sells digital files (printable artwork) for download. You receive the file(s) immediately after payment. You do not receive any physical product.

Who you’re buying from

Cat Chuckle is operated by DIGITAL.DL, which is the name on your invoice and the name your payment is billed under.

Account

You do not need to create an account to buy. Your verified email becomes your access key. We do not use passwords.

Payment

Payments — card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — are processed by Paddle. Prices are in US dollars and already include any sales tax or VAT, which Paddle handles: the price you see is the price you pay. Currency conversion to your local currency is handled by PayPal or your card issuer. On your statement the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* DIGITAL.DL.

Delivery

After successful payment, your downloads are available immediately on the order confirmation page, in your receipt email, and at /my-downloads via a one-time email code. Each file may be downloaded up to 5 times; every download link is signed and valid for 24 hours, and you can request a fresh one from your portal while downloads remain.

License

See our License page for what you can and cannot do with the files.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You will not: reverse-engineer access to files you did not buy, share access credentials with non-buyers, attempt to download files outside the limits we set, or use the site to harass others. Violations may result in revoked entitlements with no refund.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant continuous availability. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which DIGITAL.DL, the operator of Cat Chuckle, is established; disputes are brought before the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new ‘last updated’ date; continued use after that date means you accept them.
