Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. We also need to be fair — digital files cannot be “returned.”

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid back by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.

Pre-download refunds

If you have not downloaded any file from your order, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email or use the link in your Paddle receipt email.

Post-download refunds

Once any file from your order has been downloaded, the order is no longer refundable. This is industry standard for digital goods.

If the file is broken

If a file is corrupted, mislabelled, or genuinely not as described, email us. We’ll fix it or refund you regardless of the download status.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may revoke download access for that order.
